Challenges :

In order to run production smoothly, the company requires updated data at each and every step of the production process. However, this responsibility comes with several challenges, including:

1. The manual data recording process was time-consuming and less convenient, It was also challenging to obtain real-time information for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.

2. There is a lot of information to update, which increases the risk of human error, this can cause confusion and supply wrong finished product to customer.

3. Difficulty in categorizing the finished products based on their fabric and design quality in an effective and efficient manner.

To address this challenge, MobiOffice application provides Anubha Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. with the ability to record all production-related data. MobiOffice stores information such as the amount of production completed by each machine, fabric wastage and shortages, grading of fabric based on product quality and division fabric rolls into small rolls as per requirement. Additionally, the application generates a barcode to be attached to all finished products, enabling access to all information through a simple barcode scan.

As a manufacturing manager, it can be challenging to keep track of inventory levels, production schedules, and supplier payments, especially with a growing business. Anubha Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. has been expanding rapidly, and managing these processes has become increasingly complex. Solution :

Mobioffice designed to help Anubha Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. workers to manage the production processes with ease. With real-time access to data and the ability to record and store data on the go, the app provides textile workers with the tools they need to streamline their work and boost productivity. To provide the solution, MobiOffice divided their production process into 3 stage, Doffing, Folding and dispatch.

1. Doffing :

During the doffing stage, the user inputs the machine code into the MobiOffice, which retrieves information such as the roll number, design number, and pending warp meter from the Anubha server. Afterward, the user can add the doff meter and specify the required RPM (rolls per minute) for the weaving machine. These steps ensure that the next batch of cloth is produced according to the correct specifications. Finally, the barcode can be printed onto the roll using a Bluetooth connection between the mobile device and a printer.

2. Folding :

During the folding stage, the user will simply scan the barcode sticker that was attached to the doffed cloth. This will display vital information such as the roll weight, taka number, and roll meter. After that, the user will input the fold meter, which specifies the length of the fabric that the worker has cut according to the requirements. Next, a grade list will appear, and the worker will add grading based on their cloth inspection and select the design or cutpiece name. If it's the last taka, the worker will select "Yes". Otherwise, they can select "Repeat" to enter the fold meter again for the same roll. After each fold, the user will generate a barcode sticker that corresponds to the folded cloth and attach it to the cloth. In addition, MobiOffice automatically considers any shortages or wastage to balance the cloth meter.

3. Dispatch :

During the dispatch stage, the user will select the appropriate godown and customer's name from the list and find the pending sales order list for the customer. The user will then add the parcel number and scan the QR codes or enter taka numbers to ensure that the final product matches the order. The application also displays a summary of the dispatch order and saves all relevant information.
