USET is dedicated to promoting sports training and coaching to all members of our teams. Our sports coach team is composed of a wide range of experts at different levels, including team leaders, main coaches, assistant coaches, tournament coaches, and more. They travel to different locations to attend sessions where they are committed to unlock their potential through getting expert coaching, training, and support.

Challenges :

The coaching team possesses a great deal of responsibility in attending sessions regularly, yet they face numerous challenges that can hinder their ability to perform at their best. To achieve this, we propose implementing the following methods:

1. Tracking the geo-location of coaches to identify whether they are attending a session or not.

2. Monitoring the check-in and check-out times of the coaching team to ensure that they are present and accounted for during sessions.

3. Assigning levels to team members to help them synchronize data and sessions effectively.

4. Recording detailed information like session date and time, the number of participants, the topics covered, the feedback received, and any other relevant details help us evaluate the coaching team's performance, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance the coaching program.

By implementing these methods, we can improve the coaching team's performance, ensure their regular attendance at sessions, and provide high-quality coaching services to team members.

Solution :

Mobioffice designed to help USET to manage the recording data and tracking processes with ease. With real-time access to data and the ability to record and store data on the go, the app provides the tools they need to streamline their work. To provide the solution, MobiOffice has divided the production process into three parts: Check-in/Check-out, Summary, and Missed Punching.

1. Check-in/Check-out :

Coaches take a selfie at the time of check-in and check-out, which provides geographic location information.

2. Summary :

Coaches can select a date and add information such as the ground name, time of session, details of the session, number of participants, and the level of the session. They can also click or upload images of activities done during the session as well as a group picture and submit the summary.

3. Missed Punching :

If a coach forgets to punch in or out, they can use the app to add a missing USET 3 punch by selecting the date they missed. They can then select the time and reason for the missed punching.
